By accessing or using Benched ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Benched is a fitness accountability application that allows users to form groups ("Circles"), log workouts and calorie intake, and view leaderboards. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
You must authenticate via Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, upload harmful content, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, branding, and code associated with Benched are owned by Pebble Labs. You retain ownership of data you submit but grant us a license to use it to operate the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pebble Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
